Some of you might have understood that this is my little tribute to the mexican artist Frida Kahlo (without the unibrow) . Whether you join her painting style or not she was an inspirational personnality. By the time she was living (from 1907 to 1954), she was brave enough to freely live her sexuality. Even though she was married to the painter Diego Rivera, she was known to have lovers and openly showed her interest in woman. She also loved to dress as a man and firmly refused to shave the slight moustache over her top lip. Even though she was a tortured soul, she had an obvious sensitivity and loved to wear flower crowns, which is also one the reasons I love her so much, for I am , myself, obsessed with flowers and vegetable world.

“I tried to drown my sorrows, but the bastards learned how to swim, and now I am overwhelmed by this decent and good feeling.”
That said, the new Genesis Lab Head called Georgia totally fitted my theme, or should I say, did it inspire the theme. The Genesis Heads always have a unique style as I repeatedly said but this one is sure one of a kind. The nose has so much personality and the thick brows are flawless. It gives a very modern yet vintage look to it all.

Even though I’m morning the fact that I no longer blog for them I have to say that they are one of the best Event and the only one that provides Shabby style and this round is so good! I have my favorite brands there like *LODE* (I love everything they do really, no matter the event!) Revival and the list goes on. Anyway, Genesis Lab released several sets of various make up and cosmetics that goes with the head to help you make it your very own!
